Participation conditions
Personal data and confidentiality
A start number is personal, and it is the participant's responsibility to be registered with correct personal information. Unauthorized use of a start number can and will lead to disqualification. Transfer of a start number is possible by contacting FremadMarch ApS; kontakt@fremadmarch.dk.
FremadMarch ApS reserves the right to display the participant's name, club, country, company, year of birth and nationality on start numbers, participant and result lists. Personal information provided in connection with registration and participation in a march is stored by the organizer and is never disclosed or sold to third parties, other than the above-mentioned publication or in connection with anonymized statistics. E-mails and mobile numbers are used to send necessary race information to participants, and the participant does not have the option to unsubscribe from information emails, as these are necessary to ensure that the event can be run smoothly.
For more information about how we collect, process and store personal data, please refer to our privacy policy.
Use of media material
Photos, film footage, interviews and similar media material in which participants appear in connection with an event may subsequently be freely used by the organizers, sponsors and partners, including for marketing purposes. All photos that the organizers use both online and in printed material, including on websites, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, are subject to copyright and may not be used for marketing or commercial purposes by third parties without agreement.
Starting numbers and t-shirt
When attending the march, you must bring your ticket physically or digitally. You will be given a wristband and a t-shirt if purchased.
Special conditions or equipment
Blind and physically challenged people can participate on an equal footing with other hikers, provided they participate with a guide. However, it is not permitted to have a bicycle guide in the field. The guide does not have to be registered. However, you should be prepared for the terrain to be challenging, as the surface is even very uneven in some places. In addition, there are places where it will be difficult, but not impossible, for two people to walk side by side.
Special equipment, such as strollers and hand bikes, as well as baby joggers, are not allowed due to accessibility in several places. In addition, it is not allowed to bring dogs due to specific requirements from landowners.

Registration conditions
Confirmation and verification of registration
Immediately after registration, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a receipt, or if you discover errors or deficiencies in it, please contact FremadMarch ApS, kontakt@fremadmarch.dk.
Initial fee, administration fee and payment options
Entry fee is VAT-free, according to Danish legislation on VAT exemption for amateur sports. It is possible to pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Euro Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay Online and Maestro.
Security in connection with online registration
The payment system is secured against misuse with a so-called TLS solution. TLS is a system that encrypts all the Dankort and credit card information that you send to us. This means that neither we nor anyone else (with the exception of QuickPay, NETS and Clearhaus) can obtain complete information about your payment card. The TLS system also ensures that data between your browser and our server cannot be changed. The payment module is handled by QuickPay.
Transfer
It is possible to transfer your start number to another person. The transfer is done by writing an e-mail to kontakt@fremadmarch.dk , in which you write which start number is to be transferred and who will take over the start number.
Free starting numbers (free numbers) and starting numbers purchased at a discount or otherwise at a reduced price cannot be transferred to another hiker.
Unauthorized use of a start number may lead to disqualification, and the organizer is not responsible for abuse or fraud in connection with the transfer of a start number, even if the start number is disseminated on the race's official platforms, including Facebook or Instagram.
Tickets for cultural and sporting events in Denmark may not be offered or resold for a higher amount than the tickets were originally purchased for, unless there is an agreement with the organizer. This also applies to the transfer of starting numbers.
Prohibition of resale and use for commercial purposes
Acquired starting numbers may not be commercially resold or used commercially for package sales (i.e. sold together with other goods or services), competitions, resale or the like, unless FremadMarch ApS has given special permission to do so.
Violation will result in the start number(s) being cancelled.
If I can't attend anyway
The starting point is that if you get injured or sick, the buyer (participant) has no right of withdrawal, cf. the Consumer Agreement Act on Internet Commerce, as recreational leisure activities are not included in the agreement. As previously mentioned, transfer of starting number can be done by sending an email to kontakt@skjoldungemarchen.dk.
Responsibility, errors and omissions
Health
Responsibility
By registering, participants confirm that they agree that participation is at their own risk and that neither the organizer, partners nor sponsors can be held liable for any injuries the participant sustains to themselves or others during the race, which cannot be attributed to FremadMarch ApS. Participants under the age of 18 also confirm that their parents or guardians have given their consent to the minor's participation in the race.
Cancellation and force majeure
The organizer may cancel the race in the event of force majeure, i.e. due to circumstances on the day of the race or in the days leading up to the race that make it impossible to hold the race, such as government orders or prohibitions, bad weather, accidents or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control. In cases where the organizer has borne all costs associated with holding the race, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the entry fee or other costs in connection with his registration for the race.
In the event of such extraordinary events or circumstances, the Organizer will, to the extent possible, take appropriate and timely measures to minimize the financial costs resulting from the cancellation. Any surplus will result in a partial refund of the participation fee.
